1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the RepBoss mobile application (the "App") or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

RepBoss is a fitness game for entertainment purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have a pre-existing medical condition, or have not exercised recently. Exercise at your own risk in a safe, clear space. RepBoss workouts are unsupervised: stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury or health issue arising from your use of the App.

3. Fair Play

Cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating exercise tracking is prohibited. Violations may result in rank reset or account suspension.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity. Do not share your credentials. Account names must follow our naming policy: 3–10 characters, no profanity, 3-day cooldown between changes.

Public player names and clan names, tags and mottos must not contain hate speech, harassment, sexual content, threats, spam, impersonation, or private information about other people. Use Report on a player or clan to send its public text and your selected reason for review. Use Block to hide its name or clan text for your account; blocking a player also removes any friendship or pending request and prevents new friend requests between you. You can manage and remove blocks in your Locker. Reports do not automatically ban an account or change competitive scores. We may remove prohibited content or restrict accounts after review. 5. Hearts & Match Limits

You start with 1 heart. Defeats cost your heart. Your heart regenerates after 3 hours, up to a maximum of 1. You may also restore your heart instantly by watching a rewarded ad when available. Daily ranked matches are limited to 5 per day, resetting at midnight.

6. Advertising & Consent

RepBoss is ad-supported and displays ads through Google AdMob. For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain and record your consent before serving ads, as required by the GDPR and Google's EU user consent policy. You can change or withdraw your ad consent at any time via the "Privacy Options" entry point in the App's Privacy Policy screen. Your device's advertising identifier may be used for personalized ads only if you grant consent (on iOS, tracking also requires your explicit App Tracking Transparency permission). If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.

7. Fictional Characters

All bosses, rivals, opponents, and other characters in RepBoss — including their names, appearances, voices, quotes, stats, and storylines — are entirely fictional and created for entertainment purposes. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and unintended. Characters, gyms, and events in the game do not represent, depict, or endorse any real individual, gym, brand, or organization.

8. Internet Connection

RepBoss requires an internet connection to play. Camera-based pose tracking processes data on-device, but gameplay data syncs with our servers. WiFi is recommended for the best experience.

9. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account from the Locker in the App at any time. This action cannot be undone and will remove all progress, stats, and rank.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
