How to request deletion

The fastest way: delete your account directly inside the RepBoss app (Locker → Settings → Delete account). Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Alternatively, send us a deletion request by email:

1. Write to repbossrpg@proton.me from the same email address you used to register your RepBoss account.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my RepBoss account" and include your in-app display name if you remember it.
3. We will delete your account and confirm by reply email within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Account information: email address, display name, login credentials.
• Gameplay data: rep counts, battle history, leaderboard entries, progress, preferences.

What is retained

• Anonymized, aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to you may be kept for product improvement.
• Data we are legally required to keep is retained only for the minimum period required by law and then deleted.

No additional retention period applies: once your request is processed, your personal data is permanently removed from our servers (Supabase) within 30 days.
